The shipyard building capacity is planned as follows:
Seven air conditioned shipbuilding sheds up to 70 m long mega yachts
Three shipbuilding sheds for 120 m to 200 m long mega yachts
A paint shed up to 70 m long mega yachts
Office buildings for administration, engineering and other services are 9.000 m2 for 800 employees
A five star guest house is 3.000 m2 with 35 rooms
Launching for new building and refit is planned by sinking barge floating dock system up to 1200 tons and will be developed up to 4500 tons
Gross site area is 206.000 m2
Net site area is 195.800 m2
Net buildable area is 117.480 m2
Total building foot print area is 94.218 m2
